Is natural black hair color really an intense dark brown? Can it also include silver, purple, ad blue tints?

No lilacs its just plain darkish brown,,thats call light reflections,,which means that certain elements around you can show up on your hair like a mirror....thats only in the crazy world of anime,,,lol

What would be the IPA symbol for 'ph', and is it different from 'f'?

I'm doing an assignment on perseveration and word errors, and I've come across an example where the 'ph' sound in one word perseveres into the next word, which is 'fool'. Are these two sounds different (ph and f)? And how would I write the sound? Do I use IPA? And would I write it in a format like /f/ or /ph/, or is there a different symbol used for that sound? Cracking knuckles, is it healthy?

I have been cracking knuckles for many many years, and it has not affected me one bit. It is not just my fingers; I am able to crack arms, toes, ankles, knee joints, and my neck. I crack them and it feels relieving (maybe that is why I do it on a daily basis) , however people that I know have said that it harms my joints and soon they will deteriorate all together.
