Installous is not installing apps?

I had a previous version of installous that worked great, but i unjailbroke my ipod, then i jailbroke it again and decided to get installous, installous wont install apps from any source, I tried mediafire, filedude, fileape none work, it just comes up with an invalid ipa. I even reinstalled it a bunch of times and i have appsync 4.0+, is there any fix for this?
