Are there other methods to install a cracked app if you have an invalid ipa error on jailbroken ipod touch?

I have a jailbroken 3rd gen, 16 gb ipod touch. I already know about isinfulrepo source, and I have the latest appsync 4.0+. I occasionally stumble upon a new app that will still get this invalid ipa error. Ideas?
