Flash CS5 and iPod Touch Question?

If I made an app on Flash Cs5 using the iPhone Packager thing, can I just transfer that .ipa to my iPod? I don't want to put it on the App Store (I don't have the money) and I don't wanna put it on Cydia (yes, my iPod is jailbroken). Can I just put it on ONLY my iPod?
