How do I delete an incompatible (too new ios) app that is installed via installous?

I have a very old iPod touch. First generation with ios 3.1.3 because that is the limit for the first generations. Anyways, I was installing an app on installous that required ios 4.0 or higher. I did not realize this so my app did not show up, obviously. HOWEVER, installous does not recognize the software incompatibility issues so it installs the app anyways, so now I have 350 mb of space taken, and there is no way to delete the non-existent apps since it's not even showing up on the springboard or spotlight search. All I could do was delete the dowlnloaded ipa file, but that didn't help since the app is already installed onto my iPod. Help!!!! How do I delete and clear up the usless 350 mb of space taken on my iPod????
