Ipod games on an android? Ipa to apk? Convertor? Website?

Want gameloft games from ipod on android. Is there like a website or convertor or could I download the ipa file? Android 2.2 don't answer to say you can't do it. Only answer if u have an actiually answer thanks in advance.
