Why, in the 21st Century, would any INTELLIGENT woman still engage in housewifery?
People have different ambitions. So a woman wants to be a stay-at-home mother and wife. . .so what? Not everyone wants to compete. Not everyone wants all the money they can get. Not everyone wants to be in charge of a work force.
