Instalous app sync problem?

I would like to sync some apps I downloaded from instalous, and I would like to sync it to itunes. But when I downloaded them, itunes sync was off, and itunes doesn't sync them. Is there anyway I can sync them to Itunes, without losing data, because most of them are games and i am far into the games. Also, I delete the IPA in instalous.
