Question about the jailbroken iPhone 4!?

I jailbroke my iphone 4 with redsn0w. Through cydia i got installous 4. I download an app. But when i goto install it, it says invaild IPA. I tried uninstalling it, and installing installous 3 through sinful from cydia and it wont download right. Any help would be greatful. Thanks!
