Do most home inspectors typically?

check the interior walls for moisture content, ie mold? i have no leaks never ever, but the wallpaper lady told me the deteriorating silver backing on the 40 year old bathroom mirrors could be an indication of mold inside the walls. is there any truth to that? and do home inspectors use one of those doo-dads to check for mold?
