MOT advisory notice! Need help deciding what to do!?

I'm presuming the prices include labour so that sounds like a great price, I can't see a mechanic giving the average person a parts-only quote. Synthetic bushes tend to be harder and so last longer, and give less movement for better handling. They should be the same material both sides though, and I would have thought the quote would be for rubber ones again. The other option is an error imputting the fault code, although seeing as how it's "worn and needs changing", I don't see what it being made out of makes much odds.
