Are some cases of homophobia rational?

Being gay is not "inborn" It is a learned behavior from people's environment. It is a deviate life style and although I would never condone hate crimes, bullying, or judging anyone, I believe it is a personal choice people choose. Yes, homophobia is taught and is wrong. We should accept and allow everyone to live without fear.
