There are peer to peer websites where you might get some help. These are sites where you post your loan information and private individuals can choose to fund a portion of your loan. Google P2P lending or peer to peer lending to find some. There are no guarantees that anyone will fund your loan or that you'll do better than 20% but you will get a better rate than you could get through other lenders.
