Problem with Ipod touch 1st generation installous 4 invalid ipa?

i downloaded some apps using Installous but, when i try to download the apps, it says "Installation failed:invalid IPA" i also downloaded AppSync for OS 3.1.x but, it's still not working also the OS version on my ipod is 3.1.3
